1) Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation and a tracking email when your package ships.

2) Regions & Fees

We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping is free on all eligible U.S. orders. Expedited options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

3) Delivery Estimates

Standard delivery is typically 3–7 business days after dispatch. Actual times may vary due to carrier capacity, weather, or holidays.

4) Tracking

Tracking details are emailed after dispatch. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear.

5) Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses.

6) Lost or Damaged

If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
