Refund policy

1) Return Window & Condition

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all inserts. Final-sale items and used consumables may be non-returnable unless defective.

2) Start a Return

Email plainandwarm@gmail.com with your order number, item(s), and reason. We will reply with instructions and, if applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

3) Refunds

After the return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Expedited shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4) Exchanges

Exchanges depend on stock availability. If an exchange is not possible, we will process a refund per this policy.

5) Defective/Wrong Item

For defective or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
